At 25, I co-founded a family staffing business, which has thrived for over three decades with sales surpassing $20 million.
I've excelled in various leadership roles, including as a visionary, leader, problem solver, COO, CEO, and entrepreneur.
As a single mama of two daughters, I’ve balanced running a business with building a strong family unit and raising children on my own.
I've fostered a high-performing workplace culture, evidenced by winning the 'Best and Brightest Companies to Work For’ in Metro Detroit and the Nation for the past three years, and the 'Crain’s HR Excellence Award for Recruitment'.
I founded Giving Girlz, a local organization offering volunteer opportunities to young girls. I have also worked as an international and local volunteer helping disadvantaged populations in need.
I hold a Master’s in HR and Labor and Industrial Relations and am currently pursuing an IPEC Coaching Certification.
I have served as a Board Member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
I am currently a Board Member on the Wellness and Leadership Committee for the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
